UK Real Estate Assets started out as a privately owned portfolio of buy-to-let properties.  The first asset, a one bedroom flat in South London, was purchased in 1998 and after refurbishment was let out in 2003.

Since then the portfolio has grown to include assets across the country in cities such as Derby, Great Yarmouth, Norwich, Southampton, and across Central London.

UK Real Estate Assets was incorporated in September 2022.  It currently owns and managers a collection of:

• Purpose Built Flats

• Terraced Houses

• Purpose Built Blocks of Flats

• Student Halls or Residence

• Car Parks

All assets are maintained to exceptionally high standards.  Professional lettings agents are responsible for the day-to-day operations of assets, rent collection, finding tenants, and scheduling improvements and repairs.
